Writing Adventures!!

My first writing experience went pretty well. I liked that we got to pick our own article and write about how it was good. I'm not a huge fan of rhetorical analysis but it worked out pretty well for me. I liked how we got to peer edit each others papers. For me the one on one meeting was not so helpful, I got more out of doing the peer edits, but I didn't mind the mornings off :)
I was really unsure about how we were supposed to do citing so maybe we should go over that before our next paper. I didn't really know what a rhetorical analysis was before I wrote this paper but it helped me to read the 5th chapter in the book. I didn't find the lecture very helpful. I like how we got class time to start writing our essays because I focus here more than I do elsewhere. Overall, it was a good start. I feel like I have a good grasp on what is expected out of this class. I hope we do the peer edits again and I think it would be helpful to go over which citing methods you would like us to use.
