Effective Argument

Learning the rhetorical elements in the first paper will be helpful in the definition argument because it will give me an advantage in crafting an effective argument. By using multiple different types of credible sources I will be able to develop an ethical appeal. Seeing the varying sources will allow the audience to see that I have focused on giving them an educated argument, the audience will see that I want them to be informed. By developing my definition in a way that will illicit emotions from the audience I will be able to draw readers in with an emotional argument. The use of credible sources will also allow me to develop a logical argument, because I will have references to back up my claims, instead of blind assumptions.
