What was really helpful to me was viewing other articles that had rethorical analysis and that gave me better understanding of how to write the assignment. I also found really helpful the internet to search for information about the author that helped get a background and find the perspective tha author was writing from toward his/her audience. This being the first time I write a rethorical analysis the book served as tool I could regularly go back and check in order for me to make sure I was headed in the right direction. In writing the draft paper what reall worked at the end was having your buddies check and revise our essay and correct any run on sencteces, misspelled words or any other sencteces or paragraph that made no sence at all. It also helped when at the beggining of class we had to go over each paragraph and ask questions like those this paragraph relate to the theisis? or is this paragraph connected and does it make sence? Overall I fellt like this assignment was really helpful in dicovering areas I need alot of work on and help me learn a new way of analyzing articles and becoming one step closer to becoming a "good" writer.
