Plastic Water Bottles Run Amok in Water
Plastic water bottles are increasingly polluting the world's water supplies, and the process of creating them is polluting the water as well. Most of these bottles are non-biodegradable, so they will float in the water until they are taken out. The best possible solution is to seize the assets of the companies that produce these plastic water bottles, and then shut down these companies. The seized funds and assets will be used to create a coalition dedicated to taking out all of the possible water bottles out of the world's water systems.

what are you going to bottle water in then? not everyone in the world is able to afford their own personal water bottle. I believe that you should find a better way to increase the awareness of harm that these water bottles do. Then propose a solution for a better way to dispose of them. Plastic water bottles will never dissappear.
Plastic IS biodegradable. . . What about for countries that have non-pottable water? If they drank the water in their country (not bottled) they risk dying of disease. . .
I agree with what Ali and Ariel said. I suggest that if your solution is to end the production of plastic water bottles, then you should also explain what will happen to those who don't have access to pottable water and to those who can't afford their own water bottles.
