My claim on extinction of species

Killling of endangered species should be taken more seriously, therefore this act should be punishable by law and the those who commit this crime should be punished by imprisonment or death.

Most people who do poach on innocent endangered species do their dirty deeds at night when they are cloaked by the darkness so there is a small chance at being notified. To find all the people who do poach are you suggesting that we take up a world-wide man hunt?

I agree with this solution, as it would definitely stop any more crimes against these species. However, I think it would benefit you to really examine why it is such a bad thing that these species are being killed. Also, explaining how these people would be more accurately caught would help (maybe the animals could be monitored with guards 24/7, ensuring the animal's protection or at the least, helping to catch the killers)

the killing of endangered species is punishable by law, including imprisonment, just not death. Should it really be an eye for an eye sort of punishment? If you kill an endangered species should you really be killed yourself?

I thought that poaching an animal is already punishable by law. And I agree with Leo...."A eye for a eye, makes the whole world blind"

Maybe the whole world should be blind then, so no more endangered species can be killed so easily!
